Chapter 13: Debt Repayment plan that can save your house and car.

You consolidate your debts over a three-to-five year period. The creditors cannot collect from you during the term of the plan. Debts are generally consolidated in Chapter 13 are mortgage arrears, balances on vehicle loans, student loans, credit card debts and other unsecured debts.
